It was Toby Keith's concert at Darien Lake, N.Y. and he had never gotten quiet the response from his audience when he sang his Country Music hit 'Get Drunk and Be Somebody' as he did at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, but this time some 42 fans took that song seriously and got rather roughty.
Charges against the disorderly fans ranged from under age drinking to physical assault, trespassing and harassment, something he had not experience previously in his American Ride tour.
Toby believes that the problems of the young people arrested at his concert and in our society today are the responsibility of the parents and recalls that a couple of months earlier there was the same kind of incidents resulting in 46 arrests at Brad Paisley's concert.
